Key Advantages:

1.Premium Cage Structure
A variety of cage types are available to meet different customer needs. Stocking density:20 broilers per square meter (2.5 kg each);about 50 kg/square meter. Material and coating: Hot-dip galvanized wire mesh and frame,with a galvanizing amount of 275g/square meter,has excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. Welfare-oriented design:The one-piece anti-drop buffer net protects the broilers and prevents manure from falling into the lower feed trough.

 

2.Automatic Feeding System

Intelligent monitoring:Equipped with feed bin and weighing system to monitor daily feed consumption. Components:Hot-dip galvanized/PVC feeding pipe, imported spiral auger to ensure even distribution of feed. Control options:Manual or timed feeding.

 

3.Automatic Drinking System

Precision Supply:Each floor is equipped with nipple drinkers, and the corresponding number is configured according to the cage type to effectively stimulate and replenish water. Height Adjustment:The lifting system on each floor can be adjusted to ensure that the drinker is always at the correct height. System Components:including water flow regulator,filter and pressure gauge to ensure stable performance.

4.Automatic Manure Removal System

Longitudinal Belt:Uses 1.0-1.2mm thick PP belts;smooth surface,strong tension,and accurate alignment ensure clean removal. Cross Conveyor:PVC belt with a hot-dip galvanized frame; seamless welded,highly durable for long-term operation.

5.Automatic Broiler Harvest System

Flexible Options:Two types available-sliding slat type and new chain-type collection system. Safe &Efficient:Soft PP manure slats prevent injuries to chickens;slats can be pulled out to let chickens fall onto the conveyor. High Capacity:600mm-wide PVC conveyor belt;collection speed up to 6,000 birds/hour.Birds under target weight can remain for 1-2 extra days.

6.Environmental Control &Ventilation

Cooling &Airflow:High-efficiency cone fans,alldynamically balanced. Protection Features:Cooling pads with anti-rodent mesh;air inlets with bird-proof netting;air deflectors prevent cold stress. Energy Saving:Integrated environmental control system for precise and efficient climate management.
