1.Pullet Cage System for Brooding &Rearing:

It is made of galvanized adjusting plate and can be raised and lowered as a wholeThe cage is standard 1.2*1.2 meters,with a partition in the middle and an encrypted bottom net.The brooding and rearing periods can be reasonably raised in one cage.

 

2.Feeding trough:

Made of standard 275g hot-dip galvanized sheet. The galvanized trough can be stepped on and operated,making it easy to observe the status of the chickens,observe the chicken position and do epidemic prevention.

 

3.Feeding System(Trolley Type/Chain Type)

Each row of cages is equipped with an independent feeding device. The system operates in a reciprocating motion,controlled via a control panel for precise and efficient feed delivery.Every tier is fitted with an adjustable feed regulator,allowing fine-tuning of the feed volume to meet different growth stages and nutritional needs.

4.Adjustable Water Line

Each water line can be raised or lowered to accommodate varying drinking heights as pullets grow,ensuring effortless access to fresh water at every stage.

 

5.LED Lighting System

We use LED lamps that can achieve 0%-100%dimming for improved safety and energy saving.Uniform lighting promotes balanced development of hens on each floor and reduces stress.

 

6.Automatic Manure Cleaning Machine

The unit is connected to the manure conveyor belt under each cage to transport manure to the outside.You can turn the entire system on or off at the same time to maximize convenience and hygiene.
